Job Summary
The Administrative Clerk will handle various administrative tasks specific to the CDC, supporting general office functions, managing records, and assisting with orders, invoicing, and logistics.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 / National Certificate; National Diploma or higher is advantageous
- Experience: 2-3 years in an administrative role; warehouse/distribution center experience is advantageous
- Skills: Fluent in Business English, intermediate computer literacy, experience with senior management interaction
- Attributes: High standards, teamwork, commitment, organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data maintenance, and document handling
- Assist in updating and monitoring expense records
- Raise, receive, and amend orders; update purchase orders for approval
- Manage invoices and pragma maintenance orders
- Communicate with customers and employees as needed
- Organize training for warehouse staff, assist with courier requests and travel bookings
- Handle month-end provisions, TES costings, and visitor arrangements
