Job Title: Administrative Controller

Job Summary
The Administrative Controller will maintain administrative controls and manage documentation, ensuring accurate records and supporting daily and month-end processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF4); National Diploma or Advanced Certificate advantageous
- Skills: Fluent in Business English, intermediate computer literacy, experience working with senior management
- Attributes: Proactive, honest, consistent, high standards, teamwork, collaborative, effective communication
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and control tasks within the department
- Manage document filing, storage, and security
- Oversee repair and maintenance of office equipment
- Handle customer and administrative queries
- Reconcile stock, process orders, and complete driver route reconciliations
- Balance cash and EFT payments daily; manage staff shop balancing at month-end
- Complete resupply and direct deliveries; follow up on outstanding PODs
- Process credits, ensure daily completion of bestime, and manage ledger controls
- Supervise staff performance, training, leave, and discipline
- Conduct daily reporting and prepare documents for scanning/filling
