Job Title: Administrative Controller

Job Summary
The Administrative Controller will maintain administrative controls and manage documentation, ensuring accurate records and supporting daily and month-end processes.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF4); National Diploma or Advanced Certificate advantageous
  • Skills: Fluent in Business English, intermediate computer literacy, experience working with senior management
  • Attributes: Proactive, honest, consistent, high standards, teamwork, collaborative, effective communication

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative and control tasks within the department
  • Manage document filing, storage, and security
  • Oversee repair and maintenance of office equipment
  • Handle customer and administrative queries
  • Reconcile stock, process orders, and complete driver route reconciliations
  • Balance cash and EFT payments daily; manage staff shop balancing at month-end
  • Complete resupply and direct deliveries; follow up on outstanding PODs
  • Process credits, ensure daily completion of bestime, and manage ledger controls
  • Supervise staff performance, training, leave, and discipline
  • Conduct daily reporting and prepare documents for scanning/filling
