Job Overview
The Administrator: Dealer Warranty role involves providing efficient service to customers regarding vehicle service, repair, and maintenance. The position acts as a liaison between the technical team and customers, ensuring quality service and cost-effective repairs. Key tasks include preparing, reviewing, and submitting warranty claims according to OEM standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Work in Progress effectively.
- Prepare technical reports and load maintenance claims.
- Use the VOSP system for warranty claims.
- Cost warranty job cards using Labour Operation codes.
- Load warranty claims on UCHP and Kuzer systems.
- Conduct warranty audits and manage warranty parts disposal.
- Follow up on warranty claims payments.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
- Experience: 2-3 years in the automotive service industry; experience as a Warranty Clerk is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of UCHP, Evolve, VOSP, SEMA, and Planner Service.
- Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license, multilingual abilities, and basic understanding of accounting practices.

- Skills: Proficient in English and other local languages, strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer orientation, planning and organizing, financial literacy, and problem-solving.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, ethical, adaptable, and able to work under pressure. Team-oriented with a positive outlook and curiosity for learning about products and systems.
