Job Description
As a Sales Admin Assistant/Trainee, you will:
- Advise customers and provide tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Receive training on products, sales techniques, and customer engagement
- Develop skills with mentoring, feedback, and ongoing education
Key Tasks
- Customer and Sales Management: Support in reaching monthly sales targets.
- Customer Retention and Acquisition: Assist with strategies to grow the customer base.
- Vehicle Sales: Explain features and benefits to customers, handle questions, and manage expectations.
- Marketing and Promotions: Promote via social media and other digital channels.
- Training and Development: Attend sales meetings and training courses.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Minimum Grade 12/Matric
- Experience: 0-1 year in a similar role
- Driver’s License: Valid

- Proficiency in computer usage
