Job Description:
As a Service Centre Administrator, you’ll be at the forefront of providing professional and efficient service to customers. The role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various financial transactions accurately.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Interaction: Professionally engage with customers, ensuring a positive experience through every interaction.
- Transaction Processing: Handle the administration of cellular services, credit offerings, and lay-by transactions while ensuring they meet the set targets.
- Cash Handling: Process payments, complete cash-ups, and ensure accuracy in all monetary transactions.
- Self-Management and Teamwork: Work both independently and as part of a team to ensure that daily targets are met, and store operations run smoothly.
- Security and Housekeeping: Maintain the safety and security of the work environment while ensuring that the service centre is well-organized.
- Reception and Switchboard Duties: Manage incoming calls and provide assistance as the first point of contact for customers.
Minimum Requirements:

- Matric (Grade 12) qualification is essential.
- Numeracy skills: Ability to handle money and conduct basic calculations with accuracy.
