Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Information Technology or Risk Management or a related qualification.
- ITIL certification will be an added advantage.
- 5-7 years of experience in Risk Management or an Information Technology-related environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Audit, or a related qualification.
- Certification in ITIL and COBIT is required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) will be advantageous.
- 5-7 years of experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining IT governance frameworks and IT controls.

- Experience in the development of treatment protocols and policies, working collaboratively with a team of researchers (including clinical coders and pharmacists) to develop treatment protocols.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Health Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related qualification.
- Valid registration with the relevant statutory body (SANC, SAPC, HPCSA, etc.).
- Certification in evidence-based medicine and/or treatment protocol development is an added advantage.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in a managed healthcare environment or a similar field involving data sourcing, collection, and navigation.
- Proven experience working with treatment protocols and guidelines.
- Experience with medical databases, including navigating large quantities of data and data outputs.
- Familiarity with ICD-10 codes, CPT codes, and NAPPI codes.
- Experience in Functional Capacity Evaluation and associated reports and tariffs.

- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in an emergency medical services-related qualification.
- National Ambulance Emergency Assistant Certification (AAA) or Intermediate level.

- Pre-hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) certification is an advantage.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in an emergency management environment.

- Experience with medical claims, related charges, and clinical audit of claims.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Law, Accounting, Auditing, or Forensic Investigations-related qualification.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in a fraud investigation-related environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Law or Policing-related equivalent.
- Certification in Forensic Investigation and Criminal Justice is advantageous.
- Valid Category B or above driver’s license.
- 4 years of relevant experience in a fraud investigation or Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) claims investigation environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Forensics, or Cybersecurity.
- Postgraduate qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Forensics, or Cybersecurity.
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Commercial Forensic Practitioner (CFP).
- 9 to 10 years of relevant experience in cyber crime investigations, digital forensics, intelligence analysis, and data analytics, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Commerce (BCom Accounting, Internal Audit, Financial Management, Risk Management, BCom Law, Forensic Accounting, Economics, or Information Systems), Forensic Science, or LLB.
- Postgraduate qualification related to Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management, Risk Management, Law, Information Technology/Information Systems, Forensics, BCompt Honours, or Masters.
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Forensic Practitioner (ICFP).
