Join Hollywoodbets, one of South Africa’s most successful brands, as a Hospitality Assistant. As part of the Purple Team, you’ll work in the company’s hospitality suites during events, ensuring smooth bar service, stock management, and customer satisfaction. This is a dynamic role that involves pre- and post-event stocktaking, reporting, and overseeing hospitality activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with bar service and manage stock during hospitality events.
• Work closely with Hospitality Coordinators to manage event operations in company suites.
• Oversee suppliers and staff working in the suites.
• Conduct stock take, prepare pre- and post-event reports.
• Provide weekly event reporting and manage expenditure.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, health, and safety protocols.
• Set up and manage events, ensuring smooth execution.
• Maintain and build relationships with internal and external suppliers.
• Assist in creating new hospitality initiatives and improving current procedures.
• Manage stock orders and stock control in event venues.
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and after hours.
• Travel may be required, as the company operates nationally.

You Bring 

• 2–3 years of experience in the events industry or stadium suites.
• Valid driver’s license.

Bonus To Have 

• Diploma or Degree in Events Management.
• Proven experience working in stadium suites and hosting events.
