The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) is offering a Grant Administrator position at their Paballelo Local Office in the ZF Mgcawu District, Northern Cape. The salary for the post ranges from R216,417 to R254,928 per annum, excluding benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grant Application Processing: Screen and verify all incoming grant applications, ensuring applicant eligibility and capturing information accurately in the SASSA system.
  • Customer Care Services: Assist applicants with inquiries, guide them through the application process, and provide support on grant-related documentation.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth handling of grant management operations.
  • Quality Control: Maintain compliance with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) by conducting audits and assessments to ensure transparency and accuracy in the grant application process.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) and computer literacy are essential.

Added Advantages:

  • A valid driver's license and administrative or clerical experience will be beneficial.
