About the Opportunity
Pepkor Speciality is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate who has recently completed a qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field. This 12-month Graduate Placement Programme offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical workplace experience within the Human Resources department, specifically supporting the Training and Development team.
The successful candidate will assist with learnership administration, training coordination, reporting, and various HR-related projects while developing valuable professional skills in a corporate environment.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Office Administration, or a related field
Minimum NQF Level 6 qualification (essential)
Must have completed studies and graduated
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
Be between 18 and 35 years old
Not be a beneficiary of any SETA-funded programme
Be available for the full 12-month placement period
Have strong administrative and organisational skills
Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Suite) will be advantageous
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development Administration
Provide administrative support for Training and Development activities
Assist with the coordination and administration of learnership programmes
Support planning, scheduling, and follow-up activities related to training initiatives
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Project Support
Assist with various Human Resources and Training projects
Provide support for ad hoc departmental requirements
Ensure deadlines and project milestones are met
Reporting
Assist with compiling monthly reports
Maintain accurate data and training records
Support reporting requirements for learnership and training programmes
