Job Purpose:
To support store management with daily operations while providing excellent customer service and upholding all store policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

Complete sales transactions using cash, credit, and other methods
-
Assist with ticketing and product verification
-
Support stock movement from storeroom to sales floor as needed
-
Help create merchandise displays based on guidance from management
-
Use point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately
-
Apply sales techniques like upselling and technical product explanation
-
Greet customers, assist with product selection, and occasionally serve as front-of-store greeter
-
Maintain store cleanliness and general housekeeping standards

Ensure security and safekeeping of company assets
Required Skills and Experience:

Passion for retail and customer service

Ability to take initiative and work independently

Strong, clear, and engaging communication skills

Flexible availability (weekdays, evenings, weekends)

Previous experience in fashion retail is a plus, but not required

Ability to work well in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Confidence in personal style and ability to help customers build looks
