Job Purpose

Responsible for providing clerical support to ensure the effective and efficient administration of the Service Centre.


Education and Experience Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)

  • Tertiary Qualification in Human Resource Management or Business Administration (Compulsory)

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role in a similar environment


Key Job Competencies

  • Perform general administrative duties for the Service Centre

  • Process daily employee clocking data and submit to HR for salary processing

  • Resolve salary, leave, and related queries for all warehouse employees

  • Compile employee-related reports for the Line Manager

  • Maintain inventory control and safekeeping practices within the Service Centre

  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety policies and procedures

  • Provide excellent service to internal and external customers

  • Demonstrate effective self-management and teamwork

  • Ability to work across different departments as required


Key Skills and Knowledge Areas

  • Knowledge of products and services

  • General administrative experience

  • SAP system competency

  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and responsible care

  • Understanding of warehouse operations

  • MS Excel and MS Word proficiency

  • Stock control experience in warehousing

  • Petty cash administration

  • Record-keeping and maintenance

  • Strong numeracy and literacy

  • Clear communication skills

  • High level of integrity and values
