Job Purpose
Responsible for providing clerical support to ensure the effective and efficient administration of the Service Centre.
Education and Experience Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)

Tertiary Qualification in Human Resource Management or Business Administration (Compulsory)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role in a similar environment

Perform general administrative duties for the Service Centre

Process daily employee clocking data and submit to HR for salary processing

Resolve salary, leave, and related queries for all warehouse employees

Compile employee-related reports for the Line Manager

Maintain inventory control and safekeeping practices within the Service Centre

Ensure compliance with relevant safety policies and procedures
-
Provide excellent service to internal and external customers

Demonstrate effective self-management and teamwork

Ability to work across different departments as required
