Purpose of the Job
To participate in and complete the Learnership Programme for the designated field of expertise. This opportunity aims to equip learners with practical and theoretical knowledge for working in a chemical plant environment.
Key Responsibilities

Participate in daily team meetings and discussions of work assignments

Identify hazards and conduct task risk assessments
-
Apply emergency procedures and respond to safety incidents
-
Support business objectives by meeting deadlines and performance goals
-
Provide feedback on work progress to supervisors

Participate in root cause analyses and provide input to improvement initiatives
-
Adhere to waste disposal procedures and maintain good housekeeping
-
Follow company safety requirements and participate in risk assessments
Minimum Educational Requirements
A completed N3 Certificate or equivalent to Grade 12, including passes in:

Mathematics / Technical Mathematics (SG/HG)

English / Business English (SG/HG)
-
Technical / Physical Science (SG/HG)

Engineering Science
