Job Purpose
To manage and maintain administrative controls related to stock and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting within the production department.
Minimum Requirements

Education: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4

Language: Fluent in Business English

Computer Skills: Advanced computer literacy

Experience:

Experience in a similar stock control role is required

Manufacturing experience is advantageous

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Monitor, control, and report on stock and stock-related transactions
-
Coordinate stock receiving, dispatching, and inventory
-
Ensure adherence to RH stock handling procedures
-
Assist in monthly and quarterly stock counts
-
Manage and reconcile returnable stock

Capture all stock movements in the Clover accounting system
-
Report losses and ensure proper data recording

Perform general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as needed
