Job Objectives

Efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and accurate manner.

Maintain high levels of accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payments, including applying ClubCard rewards.

Ensure safe handling of cash at all times.

Actively promote and enroll customers in the Clicks ClubCard program to meet participation targets.

Make customers aware of promotions to positively influence sales and ensure they “feel good and pay less.”

Deliver exceptional customer service by being a visible, friendly, and professional brand ambassador.

Execute and maintain merchandising and housekeeping duties according to store and visual standards.

Support the Group’s vision of being the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer by living company values.

Stay updated on product ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate customer information.
