Introduction

To deliver service excellence through efficient customer service, point of sale (POS) operational activities, and merchandising in store, contributing to a positive customer experience.


Job Objectives

  • Efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Maintain high levels of accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payments, including applying ClubCard rewards.

  • Ensure safe handling of cash at all times.

  • Actively promote and enroll customers in the Clicks ClubCard program to meet participation targets.

  • Make customers aware of promotions to positively influence sales and ensure they “feel good and pay less.”

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by being a visible, friendly, and professional brand ambassador.

  • Execute and maintain merchandising and housekeeping duties according to store and visual standards.

  • Support the Group’s vision of being the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer by living company values.

  • Stay updated on product ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate customer information.
