Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales administrative support to regional sales teams

  • Manage and update sales documentation, certificates, and intranet records

  • Respond to sales information requests and assist with documentation & presentations

  • Compile weekly sales reports and update contract registers monthly

  • Support scheduling of sales meetings and manage sales databases

  • Assist in sales proposals, presentations, and customer reference compilation

  • Support Business Development Managers with reports and commissions

  • Coordinate marketing projects and monitor CRM utilization

  • Handle customer complaints and follow up for satisfaction

  • Telemarket and research sales leads according to activity targets

  • Maintain sales quality assurance and compliance

  • Produce monthly sales reviews and business plans


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organization and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Good computer and reporting skills

  • Knowledge of sales admin procedures and tender processes

  • Ability to work under pressure in a matrix environment

  • Customer-focused with strong research and database management skills

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar sales coordination role


Qualifications:

  • Matric certificate

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field
