Key Responsibilities:

Provide sales administrative support to regional sales teams

Manage and update sales documentation, certificates, and intranet records

Respond to sales information requests and assist with documentation & presentations
-
Compile weekly sales reports and update contract registers monthly
-
Support scheduling of sales meetings and manage sales databases
-
Assist in sales proposals, presentations, and customer reference compilation
-
Support Business Development Managers with reports and commissions
-
Coordinate marketing projects and monitor CRM utilization
-
Handle customer complaints and follow up for satisfaction
-
Telemarket and research sales leads according to activity targets

Maintain sales quality assurance and compliance
-
Produce monthly sales reviews and business plans
Skills & Competencies:

Strong organization and problem-solving abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication

Good computer and reporting skills

Knowledge of sales admin procedures and tender processes

Ability to work under pressure in a matrix environment

Customer-focused with strong research and database management skills

2-3 years experience in a similar sales coordination role
Qualifications:

Matric certificate
-
Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field
