Job Purpose
Assist management with day-to-day store maintenance while providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with all store policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver the highest level of adidas service to each customer.

Complete regular sales transactions involving cash, credit, checks, etc., as needed.

Assist indirectly with ticketing products and verifying paperwork against received items.

Help with product flow from stockroom to sales floor on a fill-in basis.

Secure company assets and stock to prevent shrinkage.

Assist in developing merchandise displays or follow store management’s display schedules and suggestions.

Gain proficiency with the point-of-sale system, maintaining integrity by adhering to policy and procedure.

Use selling techniques, such as add-on sales and explaining technical information, to enhance sales and meet goals.

Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products; sometimes serve as a greeter during busy times.

Maintain general housekeeping standards in the store.
