Role Purpose

  • Deliver professional, efficient customer service via inbound and outbound calls

  • Accurately capture customer orders onto the CDM online system

  • Develop customer relationships to increase sales and meet targets

  • Make timely outbound calls to meet cut-off times and sales goals

  • Comply with Good Wholesale and Distribution Practices and CDM SOPs

  • Record, report, and rectify errors

  • Meet operational cost and deadline targets


Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Matric or NQF Level 4

  • Experience: At least 2 years in customer service; pharmaceutical distribution experience is an advantage

  • Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

    • Excellent communication and telephone etiquette

    • Good knowledge of contact centre procedures

Additional Notes

  • Reports directly to Service Centre Supervisor
