Role Purpose

Deliver professional, efficient customer service via inbound and outbound calls

Accurately capture customer orders onto the CDM online system
-
Develop customer relationships to increase sales and meet targets
-
Make timely outbound calls to meet cut-off times and sales goals
-
Comply with Good Wholesale and Distribution Practices and CDM SOPs
-
Record, report, and rectify errors
-
Meet operational cost and deadline targets
Minimum Requirements
-
Education: Matric or NQF Level 4
-
Experience: At least 2 years in customer service; pharmaceutical distribution experience is an advantage

Skills:
-
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
-
Good knowledge of contact centre procedures
