Job Purpose
To provide professional and efficient customer service via inbound and outbound calls, aiming to increase sales and maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls promptly

Accurately capture customer orders on the CDM online system

Build customer relationships to maximize sales and meet targets
-
Make timely outbound calls to meet deadlines and sales goals

Follow Good Wholesale and Distribution Practices and CDM SOPs
-
Report errors to management at cut-off times

Meet operational cost targets and deadlines
Minimum Requirements
Experience & Education
-
Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4
-
Minimum 2 years in a customer service-related role
-
Pharmaceutical distribution experience is a plus
Job-Related Knowledge & Skills

Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel proficiency

Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
