Job Purpose

To provide professional and efficient customer service via inbound and outbound calls, aiming to increase sales and maximize revenue.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls promptly

  • Accurately capture customer orders on the CDM online system

  • Build customer relationships to maximize sales and meet targets

  • Make timely outbound calls to meet deadlines and sales goals

  • Follow Good Wholesale and Distribution Practices and CDM SOPs

  • Report errors to management at cut-off times

  • Meet operational cost targets and deadlines


Minimum Requirements

Experience & Education

  • Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4

  • Minimum 2 years in a customer service-related role

  • Pharmaceutical distribution experience is a plus


Job-Related Knowledge & Skills

  • Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel proficiency

  • Excellent communication and telephone etiquette

  • Understanding of contact centre procedures
