Purpose of the Job
Perform plumbing and building repairs, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Responsibilities include obtaining quotes, supervising team members, maintaining tools and equipment, identifying faults, compiling work reports, and managing job cards.

Maintenance & Repairs

Perform plumbing and general building maintenance

Identify faults and carry out repairs promptly

Ensure completion of building tasks within deadlines
Job & Tool Management

Open and close job cards accurately

Maintain and safeguard tools and equipment

Compile work reports for tracking and compliance
Procurement & Costing Support

Obtain and manage quotes for repairs, tools, and materials
Supervision & Team Support

Supervise subordinates during maintenance and repair tasks

Ensure work quality and safety standards are met
Conduct, Housekeeping & Safety Compliance

Follow and enforce health and safety regulations
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)

Experience in a building maintenance environment
