Role Overview:
Responsible for monitoring, managing, and optimizing end-to-end supply chain or operational activities via a centralized control tower. Ensures real-time visibility, rapid response to disruptions, seamless coordination, and process improvement to drive efficiency and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Monitoring & Coordination:

Oversee real-time data flows and monitor KPIs (delivery accuracy, lead times, inventory)

Track shipments and production via digital dashboards

Identify and resolve disruptions proactively
Issue Resolution & Risk Mitigation:
-
First escalation point for operational disruptions
-
Analyze root causes and coordinate corrective actions
-
Liaise with logistics providers and internal teams
-
Implement contingency plans as needed
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:

Provide timely operational updates to stakeholders
-
Generate and analyze reports for trends and improvement opportunities

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:

Identify and implement process enhancements

Support automation and digitization initiatives

Participate in strategic supply chain planning
Compliance & Quality Assurance:

Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards

Maintain data accuracy in control tower systems

Support audits and compliance reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

Experience with control tower solutions, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), TMS, WMS
Technical & Soft Skills:
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
-
Proficiency in data visualization/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management
-
Ability to work under pressure and in real-time decision environments

Knowledge of global supply chains, transportation management, risk mitigation
Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as APICS, CSCMP, Six Sigma

Experience with automation, AI-driven logistics, digital transformation

Multilingual skills relevant to supply chain regions
