Job Summary

Clover is currently recruiting for an Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising sales in allocated stores to benefit all stakeholders. This opportunity is based at the Clover Clayville branch.


Minimum Requirements

  • National Diploma (or equivalent)

  • Fluent in Business English

  • Intermediate computer literacy

  • Valid Code 08 Driver’s Licence

  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight

  • Experience working with senior management

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Planning and Administration

  • Plan daily activities and perform admin tasks

  • Prepare call cycle plans

  • Complete sales administration

Outlet Management

  • Ensure outlets meet company standards

  • Rectify deviations and maintain brand image

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Generate and manage sales in the outlet

  • Oversee back-up storage facilities

Sales and Account Planning

  • Generate and negotiate suggested orders

  • Set and confirm call objectives

  • Identify sales opportunities in allocated stores

  • Formulate and implement account plans

  • Explore opportunities for business growth

  • Develop, implement, and review account plans

Human Resource Optimisation

  • Identify skills gaps and close them

  • Manage and monitor team performance

  • Train and develop merchandisers

  • Create a motivating and performance-driven environment
