Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric)

3 years’ experience as a vehicle sales executive

Code 8 driver’s licence
-
Computer literacy
-
Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Skills & Attributes:

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

Confident in cold calling and lead generation

Knowledge of dealership procedures and vehicle evaluation

Understanding of the competitive motor industry

Familiarity with Higher Gear (advantageous)
