Sales Advisor

Role Purpose:
The Sales Advisor is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships in an assigned region. The role involves regular customer visits, promoting the Jonsson Workwear brand, maintaining in-store standards, ensuring stock consistency, and delivering excellent service through trust and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

Regularly visit customers (store & head office level) to ensure brand compliance

Train customers on the Jonsson range and its benefits
-
Grow existing accounts and acquire new business

Execute in-store activations, pricing, and merchandising
-
Ensure proper stock levels, handle deliveries, out-of-stocks & returns

Maintain up-to-date administration and sales reports
-
Travel regionally (4–6 nights away/month) based on journey plan

Be available for weekend work when required
Minimum Requirements:
-
Experience in sales or customer relationship management

Proven ability to manage resellers and inspire performance

Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint essential)

Experience in reporting, budgeting & data analysis preferred

Valid Code 08 driver’s license, own reliable vehicle, and passport

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
