Job Purpose:
To supervise and support Van Sales Representatives to optimize performance, increase market share, and ensure profitability and growth in line with PepsiCo’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily gate meetings focusing on performance and key metrics

Provide coaching, mentoring, and motivation to Van Sales Reps
-
Accompany reps in-market for support and skills development
-
Ensure 100% outlet coverage within assigned routes
-
Address customer issues through direct in-market visits

Identify opportunities for business development and customer base growth

Participate in internal meetings and contribute to strategic planning
-
Lead action plans to boost sales and execution

Partner with training teams for skills development sessions

Conduct regular performance reviews
Qualifications & Experience Required:
-
3-year tertiary qualification in Business/Commerce or equivalent
-
Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG, including at least 1 year in a sales role

Valid driver’s license – essential
