Job Purpose:

To supervise and support Van Sales Representatives to optimize performance, increase market share, and ensure profitability and growth in line with PepsiCo’s business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily gate meetings focusing on performance and key metrics

  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and motivation to Van Sales Reps

  • Accompany reps in-market for support and skills development

  • Ensure 100% outlet coverage within assigned routes

  • Address customer issues through direct in-market visits

  • Identify opportunities for business development and customer base growth

  • Participate in internal meetings and contribute to strategic planning

  • Lead action plans to boost sales and execution

  • Partner with training teams for skills development sessions

  • Conduct regular performance reviews


Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • 3-year tertiary qualification in Business/Commerce or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG, including at least 1 year in a sales role

  • Valid driver’s license – essential
