Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and commercially driven Product Specialist (Account Manager) to join a leading player in the online gaming industry. This is a strategic role where you'll bridge the gap between product, partners, and operations—ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly and partnerships thrive. Key Responsibilities:

Relationship & Partnership Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors

  • Ensure strategic and operational alignment in vendor partnerships

  • Identify and act on new commercial opportunities

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive joint success

  • Communicate proactively, follow through on actions, and provide effective solutions

Operational Liaison

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the business and vendors

  • Ensure operational activities align with strategic objectives

  • Coordinate and implement vendor-related projects

Commercial Awareness

  • Exhibit strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitability

  • Understand stakeholder needs and align commercial strategies accordingly

  • Balance short-term performance with long-term strategic growth

Project Management

  • Lead and coordinate multi-stakeholder projects from planning to delivery

  • Maintain structured delivery plans and track progress

  • Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams

  • Monitor risks and provide updates and insights to stakeholders

Strategic Initiative Execution

  • Execute strategic projects under the guidance of Product Managers

  • Support change management and ensure alignment with business goals

  • Measure outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

  • Confidence, initiative, and commercial thinking

  • Experience in Relationship Management is advantageous

  • Experience working in cross-functional environments
