Job Purpose
Lead and manage operational delivery of health and wellbeing services across Sub Saharan Africa and East/West Africa. Ensure service quality, align internal stakeholders, support suppliers, and drive continuous operational improvements aligned to Unilever’s standards and protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Management:

Ensure suppliers meet delivery timelines, quality, and KPIs

Build strong supplier relationships to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Identify service delivery risks and implement mitigation plans

Track and analyze supplier performance data
Stakeholder Alignment:
-
Collaborate across departments for alignment on objectives and strategies

Facilitate effective communication and coordination
-
Participate actively in HR and safety committees
Process Improvement:

Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels
Compliance:

Ensure operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
Budget Oversight:

Manage regional operations budget and monitor expenditures

Implement cost-saving initiatives where possible
Requirements
Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
3-5 years in Occupational Health (OH) management or related health service delivery

Experience managing OH service providers and suppliers
-
Strong computer skills, including MS Office

Proficient English speaker
