Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations:

  • Meet or exceed daily warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Fulfill customer orders accurately, on time, and in accordance with quality standards.

  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure safe warehouse practices.

  • Support achievement of overall warehouse performance targets.

• Logistical Support:

  • Spot hazards for forklift operators in confined spaces.

  • Assist in unloading engines from containers, including removing lashing.

  • Wash and prepare generators and engines prior to dispatch.

  • Wrap engines with protective materials for safe transportation.

• Housekeeping & Safety:

  • Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the warehouse.

  • Support road closures during loading of construction machinery.

Requirements:

• Education: Grade 12 (Matric)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a warehouse environment

• Skills & Competencies:

• Basic warehouse knowledge

• Strong numeracy skills with high accuracy

• Not dyslexic (due to role requirements for reading and numerical precision)

• Good teamwork and communication

• Strong attention to detail

• Customer-focused approach
