Qualifications & Experience:

  • Matric (Grade 12)

  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans with excellent communication skills

  • Computer literacy essential (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook)


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take and distribute minutes

  • Maintain the Regional Manager’s diary and filing system

  • Handle travel and accommodation bookings for operations

  • Compile weekly and monthly operational reports, including crime stats

  • Manage operational orders and CAPEX submissions

  • Maintain AR headcount records (promotions, terminations, requisitions)

Communication & Client Interaction:

  • Draft communications regarding client cancellations

  • Assist with complaints reaching the Regional Manager’s office

  • Liaise with clients and investigate complaints to ensure resolution and prevent recurrence

Internal Support:

  • Screen correspondence and calls for the Regional Manager

  • Assist Area Managers and Training Instructors with tasks as needed

  • Ensure the AR Department and Regional Manager’s office are clean and secure

  • Serve as the EHS representative for the AR department
