Purpose:
Lead a House & Home branch, manage staff and operations, drive sales, control stock, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage sales performance and achieve branch targets

Oversee stock management and cash handling

Manage, train, and lead branch staff

Provide excellent customer service

Report on branch operations and contribute to budgeting

Implement daily operational controls
Requirements:

Matric essential; Retail Management Diploma advantageous

Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail furniture management

Minimum 3 years’ people management experience

Proven experience managing successful sales teams
Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of retail systems, stock management, and reporting

Computer literacy

Interest in household appliances and furniture
