Position Purpose:
To develop and implement internal communication strategies that ensure organisational initiatives and projects are effectively communicated to all stakeholders. The role focuses on building awareness, understanding, and engagement across various programmes through diverse communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and coordinate internal communication activities across functions

Develop customised communication plans targeting specific audiences

Communicate clearly and professionally to engage target groups effectively

Monitor and evaluate communication programmes, reporting results and making recommendations

Manage communication collateral and ensure brand alignment

Collaborate with leadership to boost employee engagement

Explore innovative ways to improve message sharing

Implement Sasol’s risk management frameworks within communications

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders

Commit to continuous personal and professional development
Formal Education:
-
University Degree in Communication, Journalism, or related field
Experience:

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
