Job Summary

Provide efficient administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and adherence to company policies. Responsible for managing documents, supporting teams, maintaining records, and ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain organised and accurate filing systems

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and forms

  • Monitor and restock office supplies (e.g., stationery, forms)

  • Respond to internal and external queries professionally and promptly

  • Support underwriters, brokers, and other departments with admin tasks

  • Capture client and policy information accurately into systems/databases

  • Compile and submit audit and training reports

  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars

  • Assist with event and meeting coordination

  • Ensure compliance with POPIA and internal policies

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders

  • Prioritise tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment


Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Trustworthy, adaptable, and team-oriented

  • Valid Driver’s Licence

  • Valid Passport
