Floor Supervisor (40 hours per week)

About the Role:

As a Floor Supervisor, you’ll support store management by providing strong leadership to the store team, driving operational excellence, and maintaining a sharp focus on customer satisfaction. You’ll help generate motivation and commitment, manage multiple priorities efficiently, and play an active role in merchandising and visual standards. Driving store performance against KPIs such as turnover, rewards, new accounts, and visual merchandising is a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Support store management in leading the team effectively
Drive a customer-centric mindset across the store
Motivate and engage team members to deliver their best
Manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple tasks
Provide input on merchandise management and visual displays
Achieve and exceed store KPIs (sales turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals)
Ensure consistent execution of customer service strategies
Manage the sales process and customer value management
Adapt to various customer needs and situations with flexibility

Qualifications:

Matric certificate (Grade 12) – Minimum requirement

Experience & Skills:

At least 3 years of retail experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a store leadership role
High flexibility and adaptability to different customers and situations
Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently
Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule aligned with business needs
Strategic sales planning and execution abilities
Strong organizational, multitasking, and planning skills
High attention to detail and initiative-taking
