Job Purpose:

To build engagement, trust, and long-lasting relationships with investors and financial planners by delivering exceptional client service experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide client services through multiple communication channels

  • Offer technical support on Collective Investment Schemes and retirement products

  • Follow daily schedules and meet targets

  • Adhere to Nedbank values including honesty, integrity, and accountability

  • Escalate unresolved queries appropriately

  • Meet call handling service levels (answer 90% of calls within 60 seconds)

  • Generate leads by offering products to clients

  • Log all calls accurately to prevent business losses

  • Support transformation goals and corporate social responsibility initiatives

  • Identify and recommend process improvements

  • Keep updated on legislation, risk standards, and industry changes

  • Demonstrate Nedbank vision and values in all interactions

  • Continuously improve skills through training and certifications

  • Provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders


Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate

  • Advanced Diplomas or National First Degrees an advantage

Experience:

  • Experience as a Client Services Consultant within Asset Management

  • Familiarity with Investments, Pension Funds, or Retirement Funds

  • Strong technical understanding of Collective Investment Schemes and Retirement products

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Customer service principles

  • Product knowledge and relationship management

  • Governance, Risk, Controls, and Nedbank security policies

  • Problem solving and adaptability

  • Ability to manage work under stress

  • Continuous learning mindset
