Role Purpose:
To provide efficient and accurate administrative support in the client service area, enabling effective delivery within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12

2+ years of administration experience in Financial Services

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve client service requests in a timely, accurate manner

Capture and maintain data in line with SLAs
-
Organise, file, and retrieve client documentation as needed

Deliver accurate admin and reports within set deadlines

Adhere to compliance and legislative requirements

Identify areas for process and system improvement

Provide expert assistance and advice to clients and stakeholders

Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams

Recommend ways to improve client service and outcomes
