Job Overview:

TWK Agri is seeking a Claims Clerk to join their Insurance Department in Knysna. The role is administrative in nature, supporting the insurance claims process by handling documentation, payment coordination, data capture, and client communications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks

  • Prepare, issue, and dispatch insurance claims

  • Arrange payments on insurance claims

  • Capture claim data and maintain accurate records

  • Update internal systems and customer databases

  • Prepare claim-related reports


Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12

  • 3+ years’ experience in short-term insurance

  • Computer literacy, especially advanced Excel

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organised, deadline-driven, with strong planning skills

  • RE5 certificate (advantageous)
