Role Overview
As a Virtual Sales Consultant, you will be a professional ambassador for Discovery Connect, managing and upselling to a targeted client base (over 100,000 high-value clients). Your role includes conducting virtual meetings (Zoom), performing financial needs analyses (FNAs), and managing your sales pipeline independently.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets through proactive sales and marketing campaigns

Maintain professionalism while managing high-net-worth clients

Communicate via telephone, email, and video calls

Conduct holistic Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) and provide tailored sales solutions

Adhere to compliance and service level agreements

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure superior client service

Stay informed on competitor products and industry trends

Handle client queries effectively

Qualifications & Experience

Matric (Grade 12)

At least 2 years sales experience

Minimum 1 year knowledge of each Discovery product line: Life, Insure, Health, Bank, Invest

Proficiency in MS Office (email, Word, Excel)

NQF5 and RE5 qualifications essential

COB qualification required

Tertiary qualification (business degree preferred) an advantage

Experience in financial services, broker consulting, and financial planning knowledge beneficial
