Introduction:
Fidelity Services Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Tenders Administrator to join the Group Bid Office in Helderkruin, Roodepoort. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for tender submissions, ensuring profitability while remaining market competitive.
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric
-
Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (advantageous)
-
3–5 years’ experience in tender processes, especially in the Estates division (advantageous)

Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
-
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
-
Flexibility to work extended hours when required

Clear criminal record
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport

Must reside in the West Rand area
Key Responsibilities:
-
Analyse tender documents and accurately prepare cost estimates
-
Review costings and tender submissions for compliance with requirements
-
Manage and update tender pricing templates monthly
-
Assist branches with increase schedules and wage-to-revenue calculations
-
Maintain and report on the annual tender schedule

Align successful tender pricing with SAP
-
Monitor and track the success rate of tender submissions
-
Develop and apply pricing strategies and models for competitiveness

Read and interpret RFQs, BOQs, and tender/project specifications
-
Ensure accurate, on-time submission of tenders and quotations
-
Prepare cost analysis reports and present them to senior management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pricing and tender data

Support with client presentations where required
