Position Summary
Nestlé, a global leader in food and beverages with a legacy of over 150 years, is seeking a Solutions Sales Representative GT based in Cape Town. The role focuses on customer retention, new business development, and stakeholder relationship management to drive long-term profitability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute promotional and sales plans at customer and regional levels

  • Manage assigned sales territory and meet monthly/annual targets

  • Handle customer account queries and complaints professionally

  • Analyze customer needs to deliver tailored solutions

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Prepare accurate monthly business plans and forecasts

  • Maintain a clean debtor’s book and follow up on overdue accounts


Candidate Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant sales experience (preferably FMCG Out of Home)

  • Degree or Diploma in BCom, Sales & Marketing, Finance, or similar

  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP (mandatory)

  • Valid Code 08 driver’s license

  • Experience in Key Accounts and Field Sales Management (advantageous)

  • Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and customer interaction

  • Financial acumen, including understanding of ROI

  • Confidence in working with multiple data sources

  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and presentation skills
