Role Purpose:

To provide efficient customer service and maintain point-of-sale operations and in-store merchandising that enhances the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle POS operations and process payments accurately and efficiently

• Promote and enroll customers for the Clicks Clubcard

• Communicate promotions to increase sales

• Maintain store merchandising and housekeeping standards

• Ensure accurate handling and safety of cash

• Provide product information and exceptional customer service

• Live and represent the Clicks brand and company values
