Job Overview:
An exciting leadership opportunity for a driven, confident, and ambitious individual to manage used vehicle sales operations at Hyundai Alberton. The successful candidate will be results-oriented, demonstrate strong leadership, and support a high-performing team to help achieve the dealership’s ambitious sales goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the used vehicle department

  • Oversee and direct sales team activities

  • Manage and maintain vehicle stock levels

  • Perform trade-in car valuations

  • Administer the Higher Gear and Bid4Cars systems

  • Oversee wholesale car disposals through trade channels

  • Authorize reconditioning work

  • Ensure supplier pricing and workmanship meet company standards

  • Collaborate with other departmental managers to drive overall dealership success


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years in a similar role

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the motor industry

  • Driven: Willing to work long hours (07:30–18:00, 6 days a week including public holidays)
