Job Overview:
An exciting leadership opportunity for a driven, confident, and ambitious individual to manage used vehicle sales operations at Hyundai Alberton. The successful candidate will be results-oriented, demonstrate strong leadership, and support a high-performing team to help achieve the dealership’s ambitious sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the used vehicle department

Oversee and direct sales team activities

Manage and maintain vehicle stock levels
-
Perform trade-in car valuations
-
Administer the Higher Gear and Bid4Cars systems
-
Oversee wholesale car disposals through trade channels
-
Authorize reconditioning work
-
Ensure supplier pricing and workmanship meet company standards

Collaborate with other departmental managers to drive overall dealership success
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Minimum of 2–3 years in a similar role
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the motor industry
