Job Purpose

The Primary: Expeditor will manage and coordinate the timely loading and delivery of all primary, satellite, direct, principal, and co-packer loads. The goal is to ensure on-time performance, reduce delays, and optimize the logistics network through close monitoring, proactive intervention, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management
Relevant experience in logistics operations and planning
Basic computer literacy
Fluent in Business English
Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Key Responsibilities

Expedite Primary Transport Orders

Actively monitor and manage load movement using Fleetview, YardLink, and Flightboards
React to tracking events and anticipate deviations
Communicate and coordinate with hauliers, site and yard management
Handle escalations and confirm deliveries
Ensure weekend scheduling and load tracking
Escalate issues such as missing billing or tracking data
Support yard controllers with gate scanning delays

Expediting Process Management

Reduce turnaround times and daily carry-overs
Enforce adherence to processes by hauliers and internal teams
Maintain up-to-date admin and correct trip statuses
Support data accuracy by linking all satellite and regular loads
Collaborate with planners for real-time adjustments
Manage amendments/cancellations in Plato

Reporting & Communication

Generate and analyze on-time delivery and tracking reports
Provide feedback to planning and execution teams
Ensure complete shift handovers and documentation
Submit full shift reports summarizing performance and issues

Clover Fleet Focus

Optimize own fleet usage and turnaround
Engage stakeholders to ensure return legs and multiple trips
Promote early dispatch and efficiency at Clover distribution branches

Administration

Keep Plato and Transact records accurate and current
Ensure all loads reach "Dispatched" status and shipment details are logged
