Key Purpose of the Role

To lead and manage field sales operations by driving execution excellence, team performance, promotional compliance, and customer engagement in an FMCG environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational excellence in daily activities

  • Provide business insights and execute strategic objectives

  • Promote teamwork and effective self-management

  • Engage effectively with stakeholders

  • Manage and support field team performance

  • Execute promotional activities in line with company standards

  • Achieve Point of Purchase (POP) objectives

  • Monitor and implement new innovations

  • Drive efficient target achievement

  • Control expenses to remain within budget


Requirements

Experience:

  • 2–3 years’ sales experience in an FMCG environment, preferably at a managerial or supervisory level

  • Experience range: 0–5 years acceptable (but at least 2 years is essential)

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Diploma (NQF Level 5)

  • Code 8 Driver’s License
