About the Role:
This role focuses on driving business growth by working closely with Private Advisors to implement strategy, manage development projects, and meet key portfolio objectives. You’ll be the go-to expert for Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), helping them access products, solve queries, and grow their business.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver product training and handle IFA queries across investments, insurance, and other FirstRand products.

Keep IFAs updated on product and policy changes.

Identify sales opportunities and drive revenue.
-
Provide exceptional service to IFAs, exceeding expectations with proactive support.

Assist IFAs in expanding their value proposition and client base.

Handle administrative tasks: process requests, service quotations, and manage turnaround times.

Coordinate technical queries with product specialists.

Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product innovations.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field (essential)

RE 5 certification
-
3–5 years of experience in Broker Consulting within IFA and investment environments

3 years’ experience in Life Assurance

Relevant Class of Business training completed

Familiarity with Group Risk, Individual Life, and Investment products

Sales-driven with high motivation and client-centric approach
-
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Willing to travel locally
