Role Overview:

As a Store Assistant, you will be the face of the Kurt Geiger brand—delivering exceptional customer service, managing cash and stock with precision, and contributing to a premium shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Management:

Perform accurate till operations and ensure zero variances
Manage daily cash control and banking procedures
Process manual transactions with attention to detail

Stock Management:

Execute daily stockroom tasks
Manage and track customer orders
Conduct regular stock counts and maintain storeroom order
Maintain product displays, including shoe pairing

Customer Service and Sales:

Deliver expert product advice and styling guidance
Build lasting customer relationships
Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
6 to 12 months of retail experience (preferably in fashion or luxury brands)
Passion for high-end fashion and footwear
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management skills
