Experience: Minimum 2 years in an administrative role; facilities/property experience and OHSA certification advantageous
Role Overview:
Provide administrative and operational support to the Campus Facilities team, ensuring smooth day-to-day maintenance and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

General administration: data capturing, filing, record keeping

Support daily maintenance activities
-
Act as Health & Safety Coordinator ensuring OHSA compliance and reporting
-
Maintain equipment inspection schedules and health & safety certifications

Monitor contractor service levels (security, cleaning, maintenance)

Assist with campus events (open days, inductions, enrolment)

Manage campus cleaning team
-
Drive for business purposes as needed

Support campus during emergencies and outside normal hours
Required Competencies:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Basic OHSA knowledge

Experience with facilities management software (e.g., Pragma) advantageous
