Job Summary:
The City of Johannesburg is seeking a qualified Cashier to join its Customer Service Centre in Braamfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for the processing and acceptance of cash, cheques, debit and credit card payments within the Customer Service Centre environment.
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 10 / NQF Level 2

Minimum of 6 months’ relevant experience in a cash collection environment
Primary Function:
To ensure accurate and efficient handling of customer payments including cash, cheques, debit and credit card transactions at the Customer Service Centre, in support of the City’s billing and customer service objectives.
