Job Purpose
To collect or deliver any documentation, merchandise, or equipment using a company vehicle to internal or external customers.
Minimum Requirements
-
Matric (Senior Certificate)
-
Valid South African Driver’s License (Code 10 or 14)

Valid Public Driver Permit (PDP)
-
1 year relevant experience as a truck driver
-
Ability to read maps and use a GPS
-
Basic motor fault-finding skills
-
First Aid certification
-
Relevant on-site training (SOP, HIRA, Fatigue Management)
Key Responsibilities
-
Read daily instructions for deliveries or collections
-
Collect company mail from the post office and distribute to departments
-
Deliver and collect equipment, documents, or petty cash
-
Maintain a delivery logbook with tracking numbers
-
Transport employees to other regional offices when needed
-
Maintain a message book for accurate internal communication
-
Provide basic admin support (e.g., photocopying, shredding, filing)
-
Load paper and replace toners on office printers
-
Report office equipment faults for maintenance
