Job Description:
Senwes is looking for a Technology Support Technician (Level 1) to support and maintain the company’s infrastructure-level technology. This role involves installation, configuration, fault identification, analysis, and remediation of hardware and software issues that affect the availability of user-facing and backend systems.
This technician will also provide peer support and contribute to maintaining service governance and compliance through standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain infrastructure-related technology components

Analyse and resolve technology faults to ensure optimal system availability

Assist peers in delivering consistent and reliable support services

Document and review standards and procedures in line with enterprise IT policies

Coordinate and manage scheduled activities that meet business technology needs

Conduct ongoing maintenance and address faults with installed technology

Ensure compliance with service governance frameworks
Minimum Requirements:

National Senior Certificate (Matric)
-
Microsoft MCSE Training (preferred)
-
A+ and N+ qualifications with general application or technology support experience will be advantageous
-
Minimum of 1 year of relevant IT support experience
