Job Purpose
Hello Group is looking for a Telematics / Vehicle Tracking Coordinator to manage and optimize the company's bike rental telematics systems. The role involves tracking rental bikes, analysing data, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of the assets throughout the rental period.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in vehicle telematics systems (preferably in bikes)
- Knowledge of telematics software
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
Advantageous:
- Further education in a relevant field
- Experience in customer service
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Data Collection & Analysis
- Track rental bikes using telematics systems
- Analyse usage patterns to improve operational efficiency
- Identify trends and suggest improvements
2. System Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Address technical issues quickly
- Minimize downtime of telematics systems
3. Reporting & Documentation
- Create reports on bike usage
- Maintain accurate system documentation
4. Compliance & Safety
- Monitor safety compliance
- Ensure all telematics data complies with regulations
- Implement security measures for rental bikes
5. Collaboration & Communication
- Work with internal teams and external partners
- Resolve issues related to bike rentals or telematics systems
