Job Purpose

The role is responsible for managing administrative functions within the debtor's team.

Key Responsibilities

Data Capturing:

  • Act as a backup if the Data Capturer is on leave or sick.
  • Oversee Pricing Claim scheduling for other Principals.
  • Follow up on outstanding authorizations and feedback from Principals.
  • Assist with queries from Principals about schedules and claims.
  • Request Double Authorization at half-year and year-end for other Principals' pricing claims/schedules.
  • Issue Authorization numbers for approved/forced credit claims.
  • Prepare RCL month-end reporting.
  • Compile RCF Report (RBDs).
  • Prepare P150 Report (All ZG2 processed by Bedfordview by BU).
  • Assist RCL with queries and backups related to all credits processed by the debtor’s team.

Banking:

  • Distribute Standard Bank statements daily.
  • Process payments (receipting).
  • Assist Credit Controllers/Admin Controllers with payment-related queries.
  • Resolve payment queries with Standard Bank and Head Office.

Key Relationships

Internal:

  • Strong interdepartmental and interdivisional collaboration.

External:

  • Banking institutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Matric & Finance Qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Excel experience (required).
    • SAP experience (preferred).
